What options do Cubans now in the US have to renew their passports?

EEUU renovar pasaporte

With the expulsion of more than half of the diplomatic personnel from the Cuban embassy in Washington, the functions of the consular headquarters are practically paralyzed, a situation that would directly affect the issuance and renewal of passports for Cuban citizens residing in this country.

Already with an embassy in Washington, the Cuban authorities were frequently criticized for delays and high prices for document processing. The downsizing adds a new straw to the cup.
